Taylor Keen | President and Managing Partner
Taylor Keen is a faculty member of the College of Business at Creighton University in the Entrepreneurship programs, where he specializes in Strategy and Social Entrepreneurship. He works with start-up and high-growth organizations across the U.S. and Canada, specializing in strategy formulation and execution.
Holding an MBA/MPA from Harvard University and an undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College, Taylor has served in the senior management ranks of the hospitality, telecommunications, manufacturing, transportation and technology sectors. He has demonstrated capacity for “turn-around” and high-growth leadership in challenging corporate environments, as well as a deep commitment to community service and social entrepreneurship.

Jeff Murnane has more than a decade of experience working in Competitive Intelligence across an array of industries, including financial services, home-building, e-commerce and education.
Jeff holds a BS in Marketing Management from Bellevue University and a certificate in Competitive Strategy from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. He spent 10 years at T.D. Ameritrade and is credited with creating their first ever Competitive Intelligence function, and gaining best practice expertise in designing and implementing an effective framework for a large corporation. In 2006, he became the president and owner of WSC Group, Inc., an online social media company, where he consulted on Competitive Intelligence in various industries.

Ernie Goss, Ph.D.
Ernest Goss is the MacAllister Chair in Regional Economics at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. Dr. Goss received his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Tennessee in 1983 and is a former faculty research fellow at the NASA Marshall Space Flight Center. During 2003-04, he was a visiting scholar with the United States Congressional Budget Office in Washington, D.C.
Among his many accomplishments, Dr. Goss has published more than eighty research studies focusing primarily on economic forecasting and on the statistical analysis business and economic data. His research paper entitled, “The Internet’s Contributions to U.S. Productivity Growth” received the National Association of Business Economics Edmund A. Mennis Contributed Papers Award for 2001. Dr. Goss’ research spans local, regional, and national perspectives with market analysis studies ranging from the impact of the College World Series in Omaha, Nebraska, to the U.S. Olympic Trials.
Jennifer Murnane, Ph.D.
Jennifer’s experience spans the fields of finance, adult education and human capital. Her unique experience in securities analysis and management led her to further pursue the value of human capital in organizations. She has authored several dozen academic and practitioner articles and is a sought-after public speaker in the area of human capital management. She currently serves on the faculty of Bellevue University’s Ph.D. in Human Capital Management program and has won awards for her research and teaching.
Jennifer holds a Ph.D. in Family & Consumer Sciences Education from Iowa State University, as well as an MBA and bachelor’s degree in Finance and Banking from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
